From 2008 – 2011, DMSMCA provided housing fix-up grants to homeowners in the Daniel McIntyre and St. Matthews neighbourhoods. Starting in the 2011/12 year, the grants From the 2011/12 year on, In the past, Daniel McIntyre / St. Matthews Community Association provided 224 grants to homeowners and landlords in the two neighbourhoods totalling over $210,000. The Exterior Housing Fix-up Grant program is now being administered by our companion organization, [Daniel McIntyre / St. Matthews Revitalisation Inc.].
