Who we are
The Daniel McIntyre / St. Matthews Community Association (DMSMCA) is a community-driven not-for-profit Neighbourhood Renewal Corporation service the Daniel McIntyre and St. Matthews neighbourhoods in West Central Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Our mission is to empower the community of Daniel McIntyre / St. Matthews to achieve social, cultural, economic and environmental wellbeing.
Ours is a vision of a Daniel McIntyre-St. Matthews Community which is stable, health and safe, a neighbourhood that is diverse, welcoming, vibrant, clean and self reliant.

Join us for DMSMCA's Annual General Meeting: June 14
Join us for a year of community building at DMSMCA's Annual General Meeting (AGM) June 14 at 6:30 pm.
By becoming a member of DMSMCA you have the ability to vote on matters that impact the activities of the organization, as well as run for a position on the Board of Directors. Individuals are eligible to become voting members of Daniel McIntyre / St. Matthews Community Association (DMSMCA) Inc. if they:
- -reside, volunteer, or work in either the Daniel McIntyre or St. Matthews neighbourhoods
- -are at least 15 years of age
- -dentify and support the aims, beliefs and activities of DMSMCA.
We ask that all members sign in at the AGM with proper documentation, including current address information.
Interested in running for the DMSMCA Board of Directors?
DMSMCA’s mission is to empower the community of Daniel McIntyre/St. Matthews to achieve social, cultural, economic and environmental wellbeing.
Nominations are now open for members to run for the DMSMCA Board of Directors. There are six positions to be elected and filled at the 2016 AGM. You must be a member of DMSMCA to run for a position and be on the Board of Directors (see above for criteria).
